Our base rate for a federal and state personal tax return is $300. However, this is subject to change depending on time and complexity involved in your tax return. Most clients have found that our services are an excellent value compared to other CPA firms.
It is difficult to give an estimate without reviewing the details of your tax situation. If you provide us with a previous year’s tax return, we’ll be happy to provide an estimated fee.

We do not charge for “quick” questions by phone or email. However, if the questions are more complex and require research or the performance of calculations, we will provide an estimate of the time and fees involved before proceeding.

A phone call or email gets the ball rolling. To get started, call us at (714) 525-1123 or use this form to send us an email. We will send a tax organizer and schedule a get-acquainted phone conference or face-to-face meeting with your tax professional. You will use our safe and secure Guest Exchange to facilitate the transfer of information between you and your tax professional securely. Once we have completed your return, a personal secure portal will be created just for you.

Please be prepared to provide a copy of your previous year’s tax return, as well as all tax documents the IRS may receive a copy of, such as 1099 forms and W-2 forms. In addition, completing our client organizer will facilitate an efficient and thorough process in preparing your tax returns.

If you provide us with all the necessary information upfront, the entire process can usually be accomplished in a week or less.

For small businesses, we encourage regular tax planning and forecasting meetings to avoid tax surprises. We recommend that these meetings occur once a year, at minimum, at year-end. We also encourage both small business and individual clients to ask questions any time they are unsure of tax issues, any time of year. We’ll respond in a timely manner.

In addition, if we see opportunities for tax planning or savings when we prepare tax returns for both small business and individual clients, we’ll share those ideas at that time.

All tax planning occurs at our clients’ request.
